Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest is a new community-wide event currently in the planning stages by the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce's Advertising & Marketing Committee. The event, scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2009, coincides with the Harvest Festival held by Michael Fields Agricultural Institute on the first weekend of October and St. Peter's Fall Festival, which is also held that weekend. Chamber members will be encouraged to participate in the event by developing special events and sales promotions, with advertising and marketing coordinated by the Chamber.
