Community-Wide Rummage Sale
The East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 18th Annual Community-Wide Rummage Sale, combined with its 33rd Annual Corn & Brat Roast on Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-25, 2009.
The weekend activities kick off on Saturday, May 23 with the Community-Wide Rummage Sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with many sales continuing on Sunday, May 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration for the sales will take place using a form that will be provided in the Chamber's April Good Neighbors and on the Web site. A listing of the 60+ rummage sales, along with a map, will appear in the Chamber's May Good Neighbors publication, which will be available for free pick up at the Chamber office, 2096 Church St. in East Troy on the Village Square and posted on the Chamber's Web site.
Roasted sweet corn, brats, hot dogs, burgers, soda and beer, as well as live entertainment, will lure people to the Village Square all weekend during the Corn & Brat Roast, which will be held on Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
